Is the treatment safe?
For treatment we use only certified products that are genuinely safe for people and animals. We buy the products with the required documentation from specialized suppliers of disinfectants, so counterfeit purchases are ruled out.
How to prepare for professional treatment?
Do a wet clean of the premises (wash the floors). During the treatment, remove food and dishes from all surfaces. Put belongings and children's toys into cupboards or bags. If possible, move furniture away from walls and skirting boards. Close all windows and vents.
How long do you need to leave the premises?
There are different insect-control methods; with some you don't need to leave the premises, i.e. treatment is possible with people and pets present. In such cases it is done with gels, glue traps and dusting. If the treatment is wet-aerosol, using spraying equipment (pump sprayers, cold or hot fog generators), you need to leave the premises until fully aired — usually no more than 4 hours. All products used are certified and safe for people, including small children, and animals.
What to do after the treatment?
Return to the premises no earlier than 4 hours after treatment. Air the room thoroughly for 2 hours. After airing, staying in the room is safe for your health. Then do a wet clean with a soap or soap-and-soda solution. Clean the places where a person may touch the product: door handles, switches, the table, kitchen surfaces, furniture, etc. Wash the floor keeping 20 cm away from the skirting boards. It is better to postpone a full clean for a few days.
